Yum, now that is what I call a balanced meal, a whole meal if you like, we have protein in the beef, plus plenty of vitamins and minerals. Grain in the health seed bread and lots of other things that are good for you, the dressing speaks for itself because you can never get enough veggies and fruit. Cheese is your dairy, and that is a balanced meal. No preservatives, it tastes fantastic and your craving for a burger is satiated.
I personally won't put a Big Mac near my lips, but not because it is a burger, because to me it tastes like cardboard. I would much rather have a big fat, juicy pure beef burger griddled medium rare, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, relish, pickles, cheese and onions, squashed between a toasted seed bun. Wouldn't you? But I also wouldn't like to eat a burger every day, or even twice a week, it is something I eat when I feel like it, and not just because it is easy to go to a drive through when I am hungry.
