How To Bust The Bordum Factor Of Working Out
Everyone knows how to get in shape. Workout and diet and make sure your calories you take in are less than your average calories you are burning is what I have heard a millions times. I think we all start out strong because we want to get in shape but you cannot easily keep working out and dieting for an idea for too long. You just do not have the attention span to last for months and years so we lose our fitness when our interest disappears. We want our physical exercise to be fun and then we will not worry about getting bored with them.
We all can find an physical activity to keep us motivated & hobby sports is the solution to staying on track. When you are having fun with hobby sports and its not always the same and it usually isn't mechanical or overly tediously repetitive so you don't really get bored too easily.
We are going to get this handled, because there are a ton of activities and hobby sports out there for us. Think about the hobby sports activities you think will best suit your life for sustainable lifelong results. I'm sure a lot of things come to mind, write those things down. Top recommendation to you all is biking, hiking or walking, and cycling for you sports activities or hobbies. For the most part I alternate between them.
Your best sports hobby activities are going to be especially unique to you and your geographic area. Enjoy these hobby sports you have chosen, only the enjoyable ones will last. I live near Yosemite and biking & hitting the trails there for a hike or ride are my newest pastimes I've started enjoying. My Lastest addition is kayaking for the upper body, this makes my activities exercise all areas. Call it cross training, I call it fun, and a great way to get in shape.
It's slick that I can take my kayak everywhere I ride and hike as it fits into a portable featherweight backpack. You got to keep consistent with your hobby sports and I have morning bike riding every day. Then I walk the dogs. Highly recommend cycling as not only is it great cardio, its the absolute best thing to do for your knees. Yes most of us had a sports injury or two and know that keeping those areas strong is a good idea.
I don't have to dream of hiking, mountain biking, & kayaking in Yosemite...it's in my backyard! You are going to really enjoy being out of the house and more so if you can find a nature spot. Today I took my backpack kayak along for my bike riding trip near one of the lakes that's 30 minutes from my house.
So personally I am never without something to do or enjoy which keeps me physically fit. Use the bike when you are too time pressed to go adventuring in a far and away land. And I have my nature trails close by with plenty of lakes to travel down for variety and adventure. Don't over worry about getting exercise. Exercise is the side effect of getting outside and exploring.
Getting out of the house should bring you alive and never be a burden, getting in shape is about removing the burden and achieving slowly over a long time while being fun and motivating.
This program you are going to design around yourself; it's up to you which hobby sports you pick. Integrating your hobby sports into your life will make getting that hard body a passive thing you are really doing for fun. So pick the fun ones. Lastly do not forget that you do not have to do your hobby sports alone, that is why they are called hobby sports, a lot of people have these hobbies. Get connected with them. You have to get yourself some hobby sports, find a club, dust off the bike, get an inflatable kayak and get going!
